Instructions:
Select the field provided by "Search By" drop-down list.
Press the Tab key (or mouse click) to move to the "For" textbox.
Enter word(s), code(s), or numeric value(s) you want to search. Partial names are acceptable (not case sensitive).
Press "Enter" or click the "Submit" button.
The result will be any record(s) containing the phrase in the "For" textbox.
Example:
Select Test Name from the "Search By" list and enter "blood" in the "For" textbox.
The result will be a set of records whose "Test Name" contains "blood" (e.g., "Blood Gases, Arterial", "Cadmium, Blood", and "Tissue Types (Blood Bank)").
